We are furnishing this information to try and answer any questions you may have about a day of fishing aboard the TEASER2. Let us say at the outset that the crew members are professional fishermen who want to return with a good catch even more than you do and will do everything in their power to do so. Safety and personalized service are #1.
The new TEASER2 is a 45′ custom built sportfisherman. It is powered by two 460 horsepower Lugger diesel engines and has a cruising speed of 20 knots, or 23miles per hour.
This vessel is U.S.Coast Guard certified to carry 20 passengers. Because this is an inspected vessel, it is required by law to go through annual U.S. Coast Guard inspections on the boat , the crew, and the safety equipment which includes ( life jackets, life raft, satellite detection beacon , signal flares, fire extinguishers, bilge pumps, etc.) The electronics include a 64 mile radar, single sideband radio, VHF radio’s, 400 mhz. phone, GPS, fish finder. The life jackets are located on the bridge where it is clearly marked. The 25 man inflatable life raft is located on the bow.
There is also a bathroom on board including a head (toilet), sink with fresh water. Four full size bunks located in the lower cabin and two dinettes located in the air-conditioned salon with seating for eight. There is also a tv, dvd player and a microwave for your convenience.
Please! No Smoking inside the cabin.
Outside the cabin there are two long bench style seats and two fighting chairs located on the aft deck. There’s additional seating also on the fly bridge.
This boat was built to my specifications, lots of fishing room, plenty of seating, comfortable ride, and fast enough to get you out there and back without a long travel interval. This boat is rigged for trolling or bottom fishing. We use ballyhoo, squid, spanish sardines, cigar minnows and live bait when they are available. Depending on time of year we fish for Sailfish, Wahoo, Dolphin, Tuna, King Mackerel, Grouper, Snapper, Amberjack, Sea Bass, Shark and a variety of other fish.

- Food & Drink (Soft Drinks, Water, Gatorade, Beer, Sandwiches, Chicken, Snacks, Etc.)
- Sun Glasses
- Sun Screen
- Lip Balm
- Bring a cooler to put your food and drink and you’ll also have something to carry your fish home in too.
- Motion sick medicines may vary, some people like Dramamine or some prefer the patch behind the ear ( The Travel Patch ) check with your doctor and Please read the directions.
At the dock there is a rack to hang fish for pictures, and fish cleaning services are available for a reasonable fee.The crew provides a personalized service much like a waiter and depends on tips to supplement their income. Tips can range from 10% to 20% of the cost of the charter, depending on how well your taken care of, how much you enjoyed yourself, and your personal feelings toward gratuities.
